Japan's leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto
Denko Corporation will contribute to Japan disaster relief efforts, in addition to 100 million yen it
has already donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society, another 63 million yen raised from the global
employee matching gift program, Nitto Denko announced today.
In order to support the charitable efforts of over 30,000 employees around the world, Nitto Denko
committed earlier a 100% match for their giving to Japan disaster relief donations. The company’s
matching gift program, joined by more than 100 subsidiaries worldwide, accumulated a total of 63 million
yen over the course of two weeks in late March. Donations raised at each subsidiary will go to Japan
disaster relief efforts conducted by the Red Cross or equivalent organization of the country where the
subsidiary is located.

continuously help the relief and recovery efforts of the affected areas.
