The facility has full in-house NVH, Acoustic and Sealing Testing capabilities and we are staffed with Engineers, CAD designers and a friendly sales staff to meet or exceed the customers' level of urgency. Nitto purchased Acoustiseal, formerly Lear, and began the Sealing and Acoustics legacy.

Final production at St. Louis (PSL). Production moved to Kansas City plant or given to competitors. Land and factory are sold.
Name changed to Nitto Denko Automotive, Inc.

Moved to a new facility in Novi, MI.

Nitto Denko Automotive Mexico purchases the land and building for the current manufacturing facility.
